Store terms & conditions

1. The online store LadyKama.pl at www.sklep.ladykama.pl enables shopping via the Internet. The store is the property of Lady Kama Sp. J. Karol Miszczak, having its registered office at ul. Brużyca 48/50, 95-070 Aleksandrów Łódzki, NIP (Tax ID no.): 732-19-24-177, tel. +48 276 70 00.

2. The prices of goods available at the online store LadyKama.pl are expressed in Polish zlotys and include VAT (gross prices).

3. Placing an order at the online store LadyKama.pl is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The procedure for placing and completing orders

1. The email address given by the user can be used to complete any orders placed by them.

2. The online store LadyKama.pl sells goods via the Internet.

3. Orders are accepted via www.sklep.ladykama.pl

4. The order completion process begins when the store receives an email from the client, including the confirmation or information on the relevant payment to the store’s bank account:

5. Orders placed on weekdays after 3 pm, on Saturdays, Sundays and national and public holidays shall be processed on the next working day.

6. In case of failure to provide the confirmation or any events preventing the company completely or temporarily from beginning to fulfil the order, the Lady Kama Store reserves the right to suspend the completion of this order and undertakes to promptly inform the Ordering Party about this situation.

7. The client can make changes to the order or cancel the order by email. The Lady Kama Store reserves the right to an additional confirmation.

8. The price given with every product is binding at the moment of placing the order. The invoice or receipt is printed and enclosed in the parcel.

9. The shipping cost is incurred by the Buyer. In specific cases, if they are approved by the Lady Kama Store, the charge for the delivery of the goods can be shifted to the Lady Kama Store.

10. The lead time is from 24 hours to 14 working days (depending on the availability of the goods). It is the time from the order confirmation or receipt of payment to the bank account to the moment of dispatch of the goods. In specific cases, this period can be extended and the client shall be individually informed about this. The time of receipt of the confirmation + the lead time + the time of delivery.

11. In the event of a shortage of the goods ordered by you the store shall promptly inform you about the earliest possible order delivery date.

12. If only a part of the goods from your order is missing, we can send the currently available goods on your request or complete the entire order at a later date, certainly with your approval, with applicable shipment costs listed in “The shipping rules”.

13. We are not held responsible for any resulting delays caused by poor service on the part of transport companies.
