The EU Funds for development of the Lodz Region Project co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund and the national budget as part of The Regional Operational Programme of the Lodzkie Voivodship, for the years 2007-2013, Priority axis III Economy, Innovativeness, Entrepreneurship, Measure 3.2 Improving the innovativeness and competitiveness of enterprises. In 2012, LADY KAMA Sp.J. Karol Miszczak carried out a project titled “Improving the competitiveness of LADY KAMA Sp.J. Karol Miszczak by applying innovative solutions in the production process”.

The subject of the project is the improvement of the company’s competitiveness by purchasing new machines (40 pcs) necessary to introduce an innovative production process. Operational objectives:
- Investments in the infrastructure and equipment used to develop the offer.
- To introduce a production process using new technological solutions that allow us to optimally adjust products to customer needs, while keeping fixed prices and shortening the time of order completion.
- To introduce new products at competitive prices, while maintaining the rule of minimizing the negative effect on the environment.
